COVID-19 RULES
We Run Wild NI Ltd
We adhere to the Government regulations in place regarding the COVID-19 rules around sports participation and organisation. All participants, when entering our events, must agree to abide by the rules set in place at the time that a particular event takes place. As the Government regulations are ever evolving, we do not publish these on this or any other WE RUN WILD NI LTD page, however, each person, when entering an event organised by WE RUN WILD NI LTD registers on the understanding that they agree to abide by any rules or limitations as set by the Government and by WE RUN WILD NI LIMITED.
With the uncertainty of COVID-19 and the continually evolving regulations and guidelines set out by the Government, local councils and other Governing bodies, it may mean that from time to time events may ultimately have to be postponed. There is a possibility that this could happen after you have registered for the event, however if this happens we will do our best to arrange to host the event on another date when the regulations allow it. We realise that this may be frustrating, however, we have no choice in this as we must follow the regulations. If this particular situation arises this is will be totally out of our control.
Because of the organisation and cost required in advance of setting up an event, for example designing and ordering t shirts, bandannas, medals, sourcing venues etc, we are therefore unable to offer refunds to any events that may be affected by the COVID-19 regulations (ie: last minute cancellations in line with Government guidance). We will however, guarantee that your entry will remain valid for the new date when WE RUN WILD NI Ltd can host the same event. By registering for our events in these uncertain times you fully agree and understand these terms.
