DEPOSIT & PAYMENT SYSTEM
WHAT IS IT AND HOW DOES HOW IT WORK?
We appreciate that in the current climate it is sometimes very difficult to book and pay for events in full far in advance, as runners ourselves we understand this.
So we have decided to make it easier by helping you to choose your event and to guarantee your place/entry and also help you to spread the cost of entering that event over a specified period of time, without any extra cost to you.
So for some of our events we have introduced a deposit (intent to enter/take part) system, whereby you can show us early that your are intending to take part in an event by paying a minimal deposit and then agreeing to pay the balance either on or before a date specified by us before the event takes place.
This helps us as race organisers, to also gauge interest in the event and to help us organise things that need to be booked well in advance of the event, such as Medals, Buses, Halls, Permits Trackers, Medics etc. etc.
By paying the deposit we can then gauge the number of entries to the event.
TERMS REGARDING DEPOSIT PAYMENT:
Your DEPOSIT is fully secured, should WE as the race organiser, decide that it is not feasible for the event to take place because of not enough participants then your deposit will be fully refundable, however should YOU the participant, for any reason decide not to take part in the event or pay your balance your deposit is therefore non refundable.
When the event is guaranteed to take place the rules around refunds and deferrals can be found in full in our event disclaimer/terms and conditions.

All we ask is that you commit to the following:
Sign up to guarantee your place and medal.
Simply Pay a £10.00 deposit if you are affiliated to a UK athletics club and enter your Athletics Number.
or
Pay a £12.00 Deposit if you are not affiliated.
All athletics numbers will be checked if you don't enter your number and you pay the £10.00 you will be required to pay £2.00 on collection of your race number on the day of the event!

Please note that should you choose to only pay the deposit, it is your responsibility to remember to make the final payment on or before the specified date, We Run Wild NI will not be sending out payment reminders.

Then simply pay the balance on or before a date that we specify, depending on the cost of the event you may have the option of making multiple payments, these will be specified when you pay your deposit.
