Simply Pay a £10.00 deposit if you are affiliated to a UK athletics club and enter your Athletics Number.
if you are not affiliated simply pay the £10.00 deposit and the £2.00 un-affiliated fee.
All athletics numbers will be checked if you don't enter your number and you pay the £10.00 you will be required to pay £2.00 on collection of your race number on the day of the event!

Sign up to guarantee your place and medal.

Then simply pay the balance on or before 13th September. (4weeks before the event)

We appreciate that in the current climate it is sometimes difficult to book and pay for events in full far in advance, so for some of our events we have introduced a deposit (intent to enter) system whereby you can show us that your are intending to take part in an event by paying a £10.00 deposit and then agreeing to pay the balance either on or before a date specified by us before the event takes place, this also helps us to organise things that need to be booked well in advance of the event, such as Medals, Buses, Halls, Permits Trackers, Medics etc. etc.
By paying the £10.00 deposit we can also then gauge the number of entries to the event your £10.00 deposit is fully secured, should we decide at any point that it is not feasible for the event to take place because of not enough participants then your deposit will be fully refundable, however should you for any reason decide not to take part in the event or pay your balance your deposit is therefore non refundable.

For this event there will be limited numbers for both the Half and the Full, so don’t miss out! as soon as it opens get entered!

Route: The route follows the Newcastle Way which is a way marked trail.
We do not add additional markers to the route in any way, the route is already marked with trail markers, it is your responsibility to look for the markers.
We do supply a GPX file of the route that you can follow on your own device (watch/mobile phone using a GPX app or hand held GPS device, details on how to download a GPX app to your phone can be found on our website.
