You can have crew for this event, however, given the terrain, they will not be able to access some sections of the course. Crew can provide you with clothing/food/water at any stage of the event, however, you are not allowed support/buddy runners or pacers at any time throughout the event – anyone seen to have this will be disqualified. This is intended to be a self-sufficient event as much as possible and an individual challenge.
We allow the use of walking poles.
You will have 12hours to complete this event.

DEPOSIT AND PAYMENT SYSTEM

or
Pay a £12.00 Deposit if you are not affiliated.
All athletics numbers will be checked if you don't enter your number and you pay the £10.00 you will be required to pay £2.00 on collection of your race number on the day of the event!
Sign up and simply pay your deposit to guarantee your place and medal.
Then simply pay the final balance on or before 1st March 2025
If you wish to pay in full now you also have that option.
We appreciate that in the current climate it is sometimes difficult to book and pay for events in full far in advance, so for some of our events we have introduced a deposit (intent to enter) system whereby you can show us that your are intending to take part in an event by paying a deposit and then agreeing to pay the balance either on or before a date specified by us before the event takes place, this helps us to organise things that need to be booked well in advance of the event, such as Medals, Buses, Halls, Permits Trackers, Medics etc. etc.
By paying the deposit we can then gauge the number of entries to the event your deposit is fully secured, should we decide that it is not feasible for the event to take place because of not enough participants then your deposit will be fully refundable, however should you for any reason decide not to take part in the event or pay your balance your deposit is therefore non refundable.
